And while the low nitrate levels this water boasts may not be of great importance to the average water drinker, connoisseurs worldwide recognize the benefits. They know full well that the nitrate-levels in most water today is neither appetizing nor healthy. The extremely low nitrate levels found in Clearwater Springs, however, give us something beyond the award winning taste of our water in which to take great pride. Astonishingly, the water of Clearwater Springs surfaces at exactly 1 degree Celsius year round – from -40c winters to +40c summers. Refusing to allow Earth’s natural chilling process to go to waste, we are careful to tap the water within moments of its surfacing.
